A Free Educational Program for Families & Caregivers

NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session education program created for family members, friends, and significant others of adults living with mental health conditions. This evidence-based course offers practical information, emotional support, and skills that help caregivers better understand mental illness while caring for themselves.
The program covers conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and other mental health challenges. Participants also learn strategies related to communication, problem-solving, treatment options, and recovery.

This course is taught by trained family members who have firsthand experience supporting a loved one with a mental health condition. NAMI Family-to-Family is recognized as an evidence-based (EB) program.

Participants must be 14 years or older
The loved one with mental illness cannot attend this class
This class is intended for family members and caregivers only
